Five Star Windows

Five Star Windows was absolutely wonderful! The workers were careful with our property, and put everything back in its proper place. The work was high quality, and we really enjoy our new windows.

They did a very good job. They did it in about a week. My interaction with them went well. They came out and I had a couple of estimates. They did probably the best job. They were knowledgeable. They also invited me to their showroom and showed me a couple of windows. They showed me different options. I placed an order as I had to order the windows to be made. It took four weeks for the windows to come in and then about a week to have the windows put in.

The experience we had with them was excellent. We got very good service from the sales department and very good communication from the office while placing the order and doing the installation. I am extremely pleased with the quality of work that was done. The work was done quickly and exactly the way we had hoped it to be. I recommend them highly. I can’t think of any reason for not giving them an A overall. They were not the cheapest though. It is a family owned company, and I had to wait for a few days to hear from them. We are planning to replace few more windows, and we are planning to make just one phone call to them. We will definitely use them again.

We used Five Star Windows around 2000 and they replaced almost all the windows and some doors in the house. We used them again 5 or 6 years ago and they replaced one of the double pane windows for us because the seal broke and there was condensation on the inside.

We were pretty happy with them. We spent $24,000 on that work. They were very professional, on time and were efficient. They got the job done really quickly and did a really good job. When the seal broke for the double pane window, we called them up and they came back and replaced it.
